Paul Selman's Etangs De Breton French Carp and Catfish Lakes

POPLARS LAKE - 25 07 2011

Mark (Swim 2, Middles)

Mirrors; 26lb (p.b.), 29lb (p.b.), 35lb (p.b.).

Common 16lb 8oz.

Wels catfish: 14lb 8oz, 13lb plus two kittens.

Ray (Swim 1, Pads)

Mirror: 17lb.

Commons: 18lb (ghost),  16lb, 12lb 8oz.

Colin (Swim 3, Catfish Corner)

Mirror: 22lb.

Comments; Lost three big cats and two big carp at the net. Snowman rigs with Trigga Ice on far margin. Cats were only caught on carp baits. Fabulous week all the same. Excellent breakfasts and meals, excellent hosts. We will be back!
